Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the Hearing Aid mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

App Purpose

Hearing Aid is designed to enhance environmental sound through your device’s microphone to improve hearing clarity. The app is intended for general sound amplification and is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical equipment or advice.

Subscriptions

• The app offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly and yearly) for premium features.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• No refunds are provided by the developer; all billing is handled by Apple.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its functionality. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app without permission.

Microphone Usage

The app requires microphone access for its core features. Audio is processed in real time on the device and is not stored or transmitted.

Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, and technology are owned by the App Developer and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages, hearing issues, or misuse of the app. Use at your own discretion.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
