These Terms of Use govern your use of the Photo Compressor application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Photo Compressor allows users to compress and optimize images directly on their device. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the source code, or use the App in any way that could harm the service or other users.
The App allows you to process images ("User Content"). All processing is performed locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your content. We do not access, store, or share your images.
You are solely responsible for the content you use within the App and must ensure that you have the necessary rights to use it.
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or any interactions you may have with advertisers.
The App may offer optional auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
If the App offers a free trial, the subscription will automatically renew unless it is cancelled before the trial period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
We do not guarantee specific compression results, file size reductions, or quality outcomes. Results may vary depending on the image and device.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
The App may include third-party services such as Google AdMob. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
