These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Reverse Audio mobile application ("App") operated by Z1 Studio ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Reverse Audio allows users to record, import, and reverse audio files directly on their device. You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the application, including but not limited to:
• Using the app for illegal activities
• Attempting to reverse engineer the application
• Disrupting or interfering with the app’s functionality
Any audio recordings or files that you import into the app remain your responsibility. We do not claim ownership of your audio content.
You agree that you have the necessary rights or permissions for any audio content you process using the application.
The app may offer premium features through an auto-renewable subscription.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
Prices may vary depending on your region and may change in the future.
The application may display third-party advertisements. These ads help support the development and maintenance of the app.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisements or the websites they may link to. Interaction with such ads is at your own discretion.
The application, including its design, software, graphics, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Z1 Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the application without permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
