These Terms of Use govern your use of the Scanory - PDF Scanner, OCR application developed by Z1 Studio. By downloading or using the application, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Application

The application is provided for personal and commercial use. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Features and Availability

Z1 Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the application at any time without prior notice.

Advertising

Advertising may be shown on certain platforms, such as the Android version of the app. The iOS version available on the Apple App Store does not display advertisements.

Subscriptions

The application offers weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The renewal fee will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Deleting the application does not cancel the subscription.

Data and Content

All document scanning and file processing is performed locally on your device. Z1 Studio does not claim ownership of your documents and does not access or store your files.

Intellectual Property

The application, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Z1 Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without permission.

Limitation of Liability

The application is provided “as is”. Z1 Studio shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

Changes to These Terms

Z1 Studio may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Kullanım Şartları

Bu Kullanım Şartları, Z1 Studio tarafından geliştirilen Scanory - PDF Scanner, OCR uygulamasının kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

Uygulamanın Kullanımı

Uygulama kişisel ve ticari kullanım için sunulmaktadır. Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal amaçlarla ve yürürlükteki mevzuata uygun şekilde kullanmayı kabul edersiniz.

Özellikler ve Kullanılabilirlik

Z1 Studio, uygulamanın herhangi bir özelliğini önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın değiştirme, askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.

Reklamlar

Uygulamanın bazı platformlarda (örneğin Android sürümünde) reklam içermesi mümkündür. Apple App Store üzerinden sunulan iOS sürümünde reklam gösterilmemektedir.

Abonelikler

Uygulama, premium özelliklere erişim sağlayan haftalık, aylık ve yıllık otomatik olarak yenilenen abonelikler sunar. Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple Kimliğiniz üzerinden tahsil edilir.

Abonelikler, mevcut abonelik döneminin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitimine 24 saat kala seçilen plan üzerinden tahsil edilir.

Aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Uygulamanın silinmesi aboneliği iptal etmez.

Veriler ve İçerik

Belge tarama ve dosya işleme işlemleri yalnızca cihazınız üzerinde gerçekleştirilir. Z1 Studio belgeleriniz üzerinde herhangi bir hak iddia etmez ve dosyalarınıza erişmez veya saklamaz.

Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama; tasarımı, kodu ve markasıyla birlikte Z1 Studio’nun fikri mülkiyetidir. İzinsiz olarak kopyalanamaz, değiştirilemez, dağıtılamaz veya tersine mühendislik yapılamaz.

Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulmaktadır. Z1 Studio, uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

Kullanım Şartlarındaki Değişiklikler

Z1 Studio, bu kullanım şartlarını zaman zaman güncelleyebilir. Uygulamanın kullanılmaya devam edilmesi, güncellenmiş şartların kabul edildiği anlamına gelir.
